Audience Feedback and Engagement
To collect the audience feedback and engagement of the festival, we can use
- Social media analytics, including the number of likes, comments and shares.
- We can encourage the audience to read the blogs and comment on their opinions, feedback, comments, and ideas in our weekly blog posts.
- We can open short, quick surveys or weekly polls on our official website.
- Using the official Instagram page, we can conduct weekend Q&A sessions to learn the audience’s preferences for the festival, what kind of events they expect, etc.
To improve the future post using the feedback given:
- By analyzing the most engaging content, we can focus on creating more similar content to the audience’s preferences.
- If the audience prefers more visually appealing blog content rather than long, wordy content, we will incorporate more photo and video content on our blogs.
- If we get comments that we need to change the layout or change the lengthy and descriptive writing, we will focus on our writing to be more concise, decluttering, and visually appealing (using bullet points) or make it as summary content.
Justification
To build trust and strengthen the organization’s relationship with the stakeholders, as the Litle Heart Foundation,
- We directly approach the audience by clearly updating the event details, like the festival agenda and scheduled artist performances, so stakeholders feel included and informed.
- We updated our website with the FAQ to reduce the misinformation and make everyone aware of the basic information about the event.
- To strengthen the relationships with the official sponsors by ensuring the foundation’s integrity, we will share the festival procedure and the financial reports/ budget with the stakeholders to ensure transparency in the financial accounts.
- Making attention-grabbing blog posts will create emotional connections with the community, and celebrating the festival will help encourage sponsors, artists, and audiences to continue supporting the event in the years to come.
By implementing these initiatives, we believe it will contribute to building trust among the stakeholders and maintain a positive image of the Little Hearts Foundation.
