Audience Feedback and Engagement

To collect the audience feedback and engagement of the festival, we can use

  • Social media analytics, including the number of likes, comments and shares.
  • We can encourage the audience to read the blogs and comment on their opinions, feedback, comments, and ideas in our weekly blog posts.
  • We can open short, quick surveys or weekly polls on our official website.
  • Using the official Instagram page, we can conduct weekend Q&A sessions to learn the audience’s preferences for the festival, what kind of events they expect, etc.

To improve the future post using the feedback given:

  • By analyzing the most engaging content, we can focus on creating more similar content to the audience’s preferences.
  • If the audience prefers more visually appealing blog content rather than long, wordy content, we will incorporate more photo and video content on our blogs.
  • If we get comments that we need to change the layout or change the lengthy and descriptive writing, we will focus on our writing to be more concise, decluttering, and visually appealing (using bullet points) or make it as summary content.

Justification

To build trust and strengthen the organization’s relationship with the stakeholders, as the Litle Heart Foundation,

  • We directly approach the audience by clearly updating the event details, like the festival agenda and scheduled artist performances, so stakeholders feel included and informed.
  • We updated our website with the FAQ to reduce the misinformation and make everyone aware of the basic information about the event.
  • To strengthen the relationships with the official sponsors by ensuring the foundation’s integrity, we will share the festival procedure and the financial reports/ budget with the stakeholders to ensure transparency in the financial accounts.
  • Making attention-grabbing blog posts will create emotional connections with the community, and celebrating the festival will help encourage sponsors, artists, and audiences to continue supporting the event in the years to come.

By implementing these initiatives, we believe it will contribute to building trust among the stakeholders and maintain a positive image of the Little Hearts Foundation.

Hold hands to Giving Back to Our Communities
Let us make a better place for our community

The Crowe MacKay is a company that believes small gestures lead to big changes by holding hands together. Our company prioritizes the people, community and society, so we create initiatives to positively impact society through donations and volunteering. In past years, our company has invested over $170,000 in community giving, supported 180+ organizations, and volunteered more than 950 hours to strengthen community lives. All the Crowe MacKay offices across northern and western Canada have helped local families find stable housing, provided children with education support by delivering essential school supplies, and helped the BC healthcare system.

Our Yellowknife office has contributed significantly to the “Welcome Home” fundraising campaign to provide affordable family housing to the community in YWCA Northwest Territories.  Our Yellowknife office has proudly donated $15,000 to the campaign to provide a safe place for someone’s family.
To improve the health and well-being of the community, we are committed to supporting organizations that help people when they need it most. Under the Giving Back to Our Communities program, our Calgary office collaborated with EventStart and distributed the Christmas Hamper drive to needy people.
Our West Coast Offices support the Lookout Housing and Health Society by providing 100 care packages for the Winter Clothing Drive. In Kelowna, we contributed $50,000 to the BC Cancer Foundation to assist in funding a new therapy suite that brings cancer care closer to home for patients in the BC Interior.
As a firm, we were focused on supporting food banks and educational initiatives throughout northern and western Canada. Our Whitehorse team has provided food hampers, and the Food Bank Society in the Yukom provides emergency food hampers to over 1900 people monthly.
Lack of educational resources should not be a barrier to community literacy’s success. Our Edmonton branch has supported the United Way Alberta Capital Region by donating to the Tools for a School program and the Coasts for Kids and Families campaign. The president and CEO of the United Way Alberta Capital Region mentioned, “Thanks to Edmonton’s involvement in the Tools for the School program, United Way can provide essential supplies to children, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring their success in school.”

As a socially responsible firm, giving back is more than a responsibility. However, we cannot do it all alone. We invite you to hold hands with us to make a change. It will make a difference in our local community and help build a better future for the world.

Visit https://www.crowe.com/ca/crowemackay to explore our CSR initiatives and find out how you can make a difference. Together, we can build a better future for everyone.

Distribution Plan

We plan to distribute the press release on different platforms for the Omega relaunch event on 10th April 2025 to ensure all the attendees, including TRU students, faculty, staff and the Kamloops community. The main goal is to plan a distribution plan to reach the maximum audience and make awareness among the community through local journalists and local media outlets such as local radio stations and local news stations. In addition, using the distribution plan helps choose the right audience to reach the relevant audience. For example, The image newspaper is more applicable to the TRU audience. Therefore, to enhance audience engagement, using   TRU platforms such as newsletters, student emails, posters, banners, university bulletin boards, and campus social media platforms will be helpful. Additionally, we plan to reach out to the local Kamloops community and the city of Kamloops. Tourism Kamloops’ social media platforms and billboards will increase the chances of event coverage.
